The trial found that the disposable elevator cap duodenoscopes had reduced rates of bacterial contamination as compared with duodenoscopes with standard designs, without affecting the technical quality and safety of ERCP. The study addresses the continuing public health concern about the transmission of bacteria to patients by contaminated duodenoscopes. 10.1001/jamainternmed.2022.6393 2800830 Effect of Disposable Elevator Cap Duodenoscopes on Microbial Contamination and Technical Performance of ERCP //www.igerbera.com/journals/jamainternalmedicine/fullarticle/2800828 Mon, 23 Jan 2023 00:00:00 GMT 这个随机临床试验确定contamination rates after high-level disinfection and technical performance of duodenoscopes with disposable elevator caps compared with those with standard designs. 10.1001/jamainternmed.2022.6394 2800828 Solo With Cancer //www.igerbera.com/journals/jamainternalmedicine/fullarticle/2800827 Mon, 23 Jan 2023 00:00:00 GMT This essay describes the author’s experience with a socially isolated patient who declined cancer treatment because he had no one to help him after transarterial radioembolization therapy. 10.1001/jamainternmed.2022.6304 2800827 ICIs vs Chemotherapy in Patients With MCRC With Measures of Microsatellite Instability //www.igerbera.com/journals/jamanetworkopen/fullarticle/2800704 Mon, 23 Jan 2023 00:00:00 GMT This comparative effectiveness research study compares outcomes of first-line therapy with immune checkpoint inhibitors vs chemotherapy among patients who have metastatic colorectal cancer with high microsatellite instability, mismatch repair deficiency, and/or high tumor mutational burden. 6 1 e2252244 10.1001/jamanetworkopen.2022.52244 2800704 Transcriptomic Analyses of Pretreatment Biopsies in Rectal Cancer //www.igerbera.com/journals/jamanetworkopen/fullarticle/2800686 Fri, 20 Jan 2023 00:00:00 GMT This case series examines transcriptomic factors associated with outcomes in patients with rectal cancer who received neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy. 6 1 e2252140 10.1001/jamanetworkopen.2022.52140 2800686
